Sleep Quick Strips Review

Product Reviews : cure insomnia, kava, melatonin, phenibut, sleep quick strips, sleeping aid,

Sleep Quick StripsSometimes, especially when I have something important the next morning, I have so many thoughts racing through my head that I can’t fall asleep for hours. Then when morning comes, I under perform from lack of rest. On days like these, I need a little extra help going to sleep.

To help knock me out fast, I use Sleep Quick Strips. These bad boys are all natural (ingredients below) and kick in within 15 minutes. You wake up feeling completely refreshed.

There site doesn’t give any information on the contents of the product, so I called them up and had them give me the list of ingredients. Here are the main active ingredients:

Phenibut - A derivative of a neurotransmitter commonly referred to as GABA (which is found naturally in your body). This neurotransmitter deals with nerve signal transmission efficiency and increased GABA levels. In regular sleep patterns, GABA levels are increased. Phenibut increased the GABA levels and induces natural sleep. In addition, it reduces anxiety and stress. Lots of research has been done on phenibut and it is used as a sleeping aid across the globe.

Kava (Piper Mephysticum) – This is a natural grown plant in the Western Pacific (Hawaii, Fiji, etc). It is a relaxant which helps against stress, anxiety and insomnia. This is actually closely related to the effects of alcohol. From what I’ve gathered, it makes a person more sociable, calm, relaxed muscles, and euphoric. If ingested before trying to go to sleep, you fall asleep much faster and wake up feeling a lot more energized (and no hang over). It has been used for thousands of years by indigenous people of the regions with no addictive or permanent side effects.

Melatonin - The head honcho of sleep. Another natural chemical produced by the brain which induces drowsiness. Melatonin is used to help establish a circadian cycle, vital to going to sleep faster. It has been used by many, many people as a natural cure for insomnia.

Those are the heavy hitters in Sleep Quick Strips along with a handful of other non-active ingredients (peppermint oil for example).

Now more about the product. They come in the form of strips which you put on your tongue and they dissolve (almost identical to those Listerine strips). They come 20 strips per pack, 1 strip per night. You take it roughly 10 minutes before sleep and get ready to enjoy a full nights sleep. They are non-addictive but (I personally believe) that you can build tolerance – although it doesn’t say that anywhere. The Phenibut has been shown to be able to build up tolerance, but not the Kava or Melatonin.

I always have some of these with me for emergency situations where I need to fall asleep fast but have too much on my mind to do it alone (I know everybody has those days). I definitely recommend having a pack with you for such situations.

Currently, Sleep Quick Strips has a free trial deal going (pay low S&H fee) – a worthy investment.

I want to see what kind of experience other people have with this product, so if you do decide to give it a shot, post your experience into the comments below.

  1. My 13 year old is having lots of trouble getting to sleep at night and I am wondering if is safe for him. Any comments or anyone used them on teenagers?

  2. I wouldn’t give them any type of sleeping aid at that age, even if it is natural. The body must learn to produce the chemicals naturally and if he begins to rely on external sources from an early age, his body won’t adapt.

Try the other tips (especially exercise) on this site. If nothing seems to work, consult a doctor.
