Apple Cider Vinegar Sleep Recipe
Although I haven’t tried this myself, I have heard this works.![]()
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons of honey
1 cup of warm water
Mix them all together and drink before going to sleep. You can adjust the quantity of honey and vinegar to best suit your flavor.

I haven’t tried the apple cider but the strawberry I already did. And it is really effective. :)
No more mixing with other stuffs. Just sip 3 tablespoons and you will feel sleepy. :)
Feels good even you dont have enough sleep.
